The building was reconstructed and completely renovated in 2008. It has 2-room-apartments which can host up to 4 persons and studios for 2 persons.

On the ground floor there are 2 apartments with two rooms which can host up to 4 persons and have view to the rear garden. Also there are 2 studios available up to 3 persons on the side of the building.On the middle floor there are 2 apartments for up to 4 persons, with their own balcony with view to the rear garden. Also there are 2 studios up to 3 persons with their own balcony.

On the top floor there are 3 apartments with 2 rooms which can take up to 4 persons. They have a big common balcony on the one side, and Ap1. and Ap.3 have another balcony to the road side.

Kitchen, TV and air-condition are included in all studios and apartments. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas.
